Walt Disney Concert Hall

Walt Disney Concert Hall

This is where Jenny and Roy had their first date, and now they are tying the knot here. You’ll see this venue on the wedding day, but if you want to see more, find some time to take a tour!

Broad Museum

Broad Museum

The newly opened Broad Museum is the hottest new museum in LA, this “cheese grater” shaped building is right next door to the Disney Music Hall.

Grand Central Market

Grand Central Market

Los Angeles’s largest and oldest public market is full of hustling bustling Angelenos shopping and dining at some of the most unique eateries the city has to offer. Roy’s favorite ice cream flavor can be found at McConnel’s which is located in the center of the market.

Bradbury Building

Bradbury Building

This building doesn’t look too unique on the outside, but the interior is so unique it’s been featured in such films as 500 Days of Summer, Blade Runner, Chinatown, The Artist and many more.  Take a quick peek inside.

Angels Flight

Angels Flight

The currently defunct funicular may or may not be operational by the time of the wedding. All the same it’s still a sight to see.  At a whopping 25¢, this ride won’t take you far, but won’t break the bank either.

The Last Bookstore

The Last Bookstore

An amazingly unique bookstore, the ground floor is business as usual, but make sure to go upstairs where you can walk underneath a tunnel of books and get lost in a maze. This is one of Jenny’s favorite spots downtown.

Union Station

Union Station

The terminus of LA Metro and Metrolink trains, this Art Deco Mission Revival style building has a gorgeous interior. Just across the way is the historic Olvera St, the oldest part of Los Angeles offers visions of Mexico, without having to travel to Mexico.
